About Modern Printers

Modern Printers has been in business since 1968.  We are very friendly, and are a must see hub in downtown Meridian.

We encourage people to just come in and hang out.

Greg Walker, Owner of Modern Printers.

Greg has lived in Meridian his entire life. He bought Modern Printers from his father, Dick Marks, and has run it ever since.

He is an avid camper, and outdoorsman, and loves to road-trip on his motorcycle.

Lisa, our Press Room Manager.

She is awesome! A hard working mom of three children.We're not even sure if Modern Printers could continue without her.

We depend on her for everything, and she never lets us down.

When Lisa does find the time, her hobbies include underwater crochet, extreme reading, and long-distance running from reality.

At Modern Printers, we are proud of the history we have in the Treasure Valley, and in the printing industry. We own a one hundred year old steel cutter and use every single day. It works like a charm.

We still have a bunch of old Linotype letters laying around downstairs.
